At Luzzoire, we want you to shop with full confidence. That’s why all our products are covered against manufacturing defects and errors in delivery.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the item to be returned, and a short description of the issue at service@luzzoire.com.
Once we receive your request, our quality team will review it within 7 working days. If the problem is confirmed, you may choose one of the following:
A full refund of the amount paid
A replacement of the same product ordered
A product of similar value
A store credit voucher to use on future purchases
According to the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, online purchases may also be cancelled within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order (“cooling-off period”).
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval. The time it takes for funds to return to your account depends on your bank or card provider (usually 5–10 working days).
Important:
Items must be returned in original condition, with labels and packaging intact.
Returns sent without prior communication, outside the time frame, or missing proof of purchase may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
