Estimated delivery times:

UK orders: 5–11 working days

International orders: 7–21 working days (depending on destination and courier service)

A tracking code will be emailed to you within 2–5 working days after your order is confirmed.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs checks, postal delays, or courier issues outside our control.

Delays due to customs clearance are not included in the estimated delivery time.

If the courier confirms a lost order, we will issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
